We Support Our Communities

TDECU and TDECU Cares Foundation are committed to helping our communities thrive. Through the TDECU and TDECU Cares Foundation, we invest in our community by providing grants and charitable sponsorships to local organizations that assist individuals in the regions where TDECU has a presence. We support initiatives and projects that have meaningful and long-lasting positive impact within the communities we serve.

TDECU improves the lives of Members of our community by investing in local organizations, programs, and resources that focus on advancing access to quality education, expanding pathways to meaningful employment, and supporting access to essential human needs.

We would love to hear from you on how to support your organization, program, or project – just click the “Submit a New Application” button to get started.

Applying for a Grant
To qualify for a grant, your organization must be a registered and current 501(c)(3) non-profit or qualifying non-governmental organization with an emphasis on programmatic support. Special events and capital campaigns are not considered. Organizations will need to complete the “TDECU Cares Foundation Grant Request" Application.

Applying for a Charitable Sponsorship
A qualifying 501(c)(3) organization may apply to receive support from TDECU for a special activity or event. Organizations will need to complete the “TDECU Cares Charitable Sponsorship Application.”

Due to the large number of grant and sponsorship requests we receive, this application portal is the only way we accept proposals for support. All unsolicited calls, faxes, emails, mailers, or other forms of contact will be directed to this site as the first step to presenting a grant or sponsorship opportunity to TDECU Cares. We strive to sponsor and partner with organizations and events that provide an impactful way to support the communities we serve.

TDECU and TDECU Cares Foundation’s strategic focus and giving guidelines will consider applications that focus on our three priority areas:
TDECU Cares has revised the three priority areas of giving effective January 1, 2025.
